DMCA and Content Removal
We respect intellectual property rights and the rights of the people who appear in videos. We embed videos from third-party platforms and do not host video files, but we will act quickly on valid requests.
Send a copyright notice
If you own a copyright and believe something on this site infringes it, email contact@stepmomxxx.site with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The exact page address (URL) of the material you want removed.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Because videos are hosted by other platforms, please also report the video to the platform that hosts it. Removing it there makes it unavailable on our site as well.
Non-consensual or underage content
If you appear in content shared without your consent, or you believe a video shows a minor, email us right away with the page address. We treat these reports as urgent and remove the page while we review. See also our contact page for reporting to the authorities.
Counter-notice
If you believe we removed material by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your signature, the removed page address, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your name, address and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area.
Repeat infringers
We may block users or sources that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
